| that is pretty much all I have to say. Carrie is at orientation for her new job today. The extra cash will be nice as we attempt to pull our home out of the '70s and place it into the '00s. So far we have changed out 3 light fixtures, ripped down border in the kitchen, and Carrie removed some wallpaper in the hallway on the second floor. Our dishwasher is broken so we will be replacing that soon. We will be buying a stainless steel model on the recommendation of the realtors. All of the other applicances will be replaced that way as well. |

| Saturday the wifes family came to our house to have a gift exchange. We were shocked to receive some money from Carrie's mom and dad. We were trying to decide what to get with it. We decided to buy Rock Band 2 and have lots of fun. I have had a sore wrist since Friday and haven't played it much, but Carrie has started a band and is touring. Sophia and Lillian enjoy playing the drums even though they get booed off the stage everytime they play. I will be sure to put up some pictures. |

| Sophia broke her forearm on Thanksgiving day at my parents house about 6:00 pm. We heard a loud thump come from my old bead-room and then Sophia crying in a way that I hadn't ever heard before. We rushed to her and once we got there she passed out. (She is a lot like me). We took her to the ER at Holzer Hospital in Gallipolis. They took X-rays and show both bones in the forearm are broken up near her elbow.
They didn't have very good equipment to cast someone her size and needed a Orthopedic doctor to look at the x-rays. They gave her a splint. This morning I took her to Children's hospital in Columbus. We were told as we arrived that they would probably have to sedate her and set the bones and then cast her. After being there for about 3 hours they finally came in and said the orthopedic doctor came out of surgery and said it didn't need set and that they could cast her and we would be on our way.
She now has a bright pink cast. She has some swelling that we are fighting and it is still pretty uncomfortable. Please pray for her.
